Tina DiCroce to Speak at the Ohio Employee Ownership Center’s Annual Conference

Tina DiCroce, Director at ESOP Economics, will be speaking at the Ohio Employee Ownership Center’s 31st Annual Employee Ownership Conference in Akron, OH on April 28, 2017. She will be presenting as part of a panel discussion with Tina Fisher (SES Advisors) and Brian Bornino (GBQ Consulting) on the topic: “Repurchase Obligation and Valuation”.

The presentation will address why planning for the repurchase obligation is crucial to the long term sustainability of both your company and the ESOP, whether the ESOP is a just few years old or is mature. This session will cover what a repurchase liability study is, the important role valuation plays, and plan design and funding considerations once the study has been completed.
