Tina DiCroce to Speak at Heart of America Chapter Conference

Tina DiCroce, Director at ESOP Economics, will be speaking at The ESOP Association’s 18th Annual Heart of America Chapter Conference in Overland Park, KS, August 24, 2017. She will be presenting as part of a panel discussion Thursday morning with Anthony Brunsvold (Blue Ridge ESOP Associates) and Randi Borth (AVI Systems) on the topic: “The ‘4 R’s’– Reshuffling, Recycling, Redeeming, & Releveraging”.


This advanced session will cover the mechanics and consequences of the “4 R’s”: reshuffling, recycling, redeeming, and releveraging. The CFO of a successful ESOP company, AVI Systems, Inc. will share how, through planning for repurchase obligations, the company has designed a strategy that meets its goals.
