ESOP Economics to Sponsor & Speak at Hawaii Chapter Conference
ESOP Economics is pleased to be a sponsor of The ESOP Association’s Hawaii Chapter Conference. Tina DiCroce, Director, will be presenting two sessions at the conference which will take place in Honolulu, HI, October 5, 2017.
"The Basics of ESOP Repurchase Obligation" will cover the basics of repurchase obligation - what is it, what drives it, and what how you can project and manage it.
"Managing & Funding Repurchase Obligations" will cover the many choices an ESOP company is faced with when addressing how to best manage and fund its ESOP. The benefits and consequences of various strategies will be discussed, as well as how strategies (such as distribution policy, repurchase method, and funding strategy) can effectively be used in combination to achieve the best result.
