Tina DiCroce to Speak at The ESOP Association’s 41st Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
Tina DiCroce, Director at ESOP Economics, will be speaking at The ESOP Association’s 41st Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., May 24-25, 2018. Tina will be presenting on Friday morning with Ryan Graham (Chartwell) on the topic: “The Three “Rs”: Recycling, Redeeming and Releveraging”.
The session will cover the mechanics of recycling and redeeming stock in connection with annual benefit distributions and will also explain how re-leveraging can be used in connection with redeeming and recycling for distributions. Case studies will be included to show how these three methods can be applied, often in combination, to achieve long-term sustainability for the ESOP.
In addition to a variety of culture/communications and technical breakout sessions, the conference will also feature a Board of Directors track, roundtable discussions, Capitol Hill visits, and Chapter Showcases.
