ESOP Economics Announces New Vice President

ESOP Economics is pleased to announce its recent hire of Nicole Medgaarden. As Vice President, she will work closely with ESOP sponsors to develop real-life solutions specifically tailored to individual needs, so they can successfully manage their repurchase obligations.

Nicole prides herself on being a thought leader, offering innovative ideas and expert advice that will empower organizations in their quest for ESOP sustainability.

Nicole comes to us with over 22 years of experience in the qualified plan area. Before joining the firm, Nicole held positions that included ESOP consulting manager for a third-party administration firm where she was responsible for all aspects of plan administration including consulting with clients on plan design, recommending potential approaches and solutions to issues. She has earned the American Society of Pension Actuaries designations of QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator). She currently sits on The ESOP Association’s Administration Advisory Committee.
