Tina DiCroce to Speak at New England Chapter’s 2018 Fall ESOP Conference

Tina DiCroce, Director, will be speaking at the New England Chapter’s 2018 Fall ESOP Conference in Mystic, CT on October 12th. She will be co-presenting with Rebecca Glasgow (UBS) on the topic: “Fundamentals of Repurchase Obligation & Different Funding Strategies”.

The presentation will be a non-technical overview of repurchase obligation, covering what it is, where it comes from, how to project and manage it and funding options available to “keep the promise” to departing employee-owners. This session will discuss ways to meet the repurchase obligations and related advantages and disadvantages.

The ESOP Association (TEA), founded in 1978, is the largest employer sponsored advocacy and education association focused on retirement savings in America, is a national non-profit membership organization, with 18 local Chapters, serving approximately 2,500 employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) companies, professionals with a commitment to ESOPs, and companies considering the implementation of an ESOP.
