Principal® closed the acquisition of the Ascensus stock ownership plan (ESOP) business, including ESOP Economics consulting group and its proprietary TelescopeTM software on July 1, 2024. During a transition period expected to be 12-18 months, Ascensus will continue to operate and service the ESOP Economics and Telescope websites (the “Sites”) for the benefit of Principal. When you visit the Sites during the transition period, you will be providing your information to both Ascensus and Principal. Your visit will subject to the Ascensus Terms and Conditions, Privacy Management and Security terms, and Principal will use any information you provide in accordance with its Global Privacy Statement.
