ESOP Economics’ Speakers

Judy Kornfeld, Tina DiCroce, and Ashleigh will each be presenting on separate panels on Friday afternoon, from 2:00 - 2:50.

Judy will be presenting a session on "Repurchase Obligation 101", which will cover the basics of repurchase obligation - what is it and why do you need to plan for it. This session is part of a track exclusively for internal fiduciaries.

Tina will present on "Repurchase Obligation: Valuation Issues", during which the factors considered in determining if and how repurchase obligation may affect your ESOP valuation based on existing ESOP Association whitepapers will be discussed. In addition, the panelists will discuss what alternatives are available for companies looking to fund repurchase obligations.

Ashleigh will present on "The Three 'R's': Recycling, Redeeming and Releveraging", a session which will include case studies to explain the mechanics and implications of all three "R's", illustrating how the three methods can be applied, often in combination, to achieve long-term ESOP sustainability.
