Tina DiCroce to Speak at Ohio Employee Ownership Center's 32nd Annual Conference

Tina DiCroce, Director at ESOP Economics, will be speaking at the Ohio Employee Ownership Center ("OEOC") 32nd Annual Employee Ownership Conference. The conference will take place at the Akron Fairlawn Hilton, in Fairlawn OH on April 27, 2018.


Tina will be presenting as part of a panel discussion with Van Olson (Olson Mills Law Firm) and Renee Stadtmueller (Blue Ridge ESOP Associaties) on the topic of “ESOP Sustainability”. The presentation will address various issues impacting ESOP sustainability, including technical issues such as repurchase obligation and benefit levels. The panel will also discuss issues related to culture and communications, and leadership succession.
