ESOP Economics to Sponsor & Speak at Hawaii Chapter Conference


ESOP Economics is pleased to again be a sponsor of this year's ESOP Association’s Hawaii Chapter Conference. Judy Kornfeld, Managing Director, will be presenting two sessions at the conference which will take place in Honolulu, HI, on October 10, 2018.


"The Fundmentals of ESOP Repurchase Obligations" will cover what repurchase obligations are, how companies go about forecasting them, and the different ways to manage them and fund them.


"Benefit Levels and Sustainability: Challenges for Mature ESOPs" will discuss the many choices a mature ESOP is faced with when addressing how to best manage their benefit levels in order for their ESOPs to be sustainable long term. This session will discuss the techniques for managing benefit levels and what the unintended consequences may be.
